With over 18 years of experience, Nancy Amar’s greatest passion is working with children of all abilities. Known endearingly by her students as “Miss Mancy”—the inspiration behind her company’s name—she has dedicated her career to journeying alongside children and their families. In addition to providing individual therapy, Nancy and her team design and teach community and school-based classes. Her programs masterfully blend essential life skills, fine motor development, and academic support with empowering lessons on compassion, oneness, acceptance, and kindness. Nancy’s therapeutic approach is never about "fixing" children. Instead, she focuses on celebrating the amazing, unique individuals they already are, while equipping them with the tools and confidence to become the absolute best versions of themselves.
Kathy Maichel is a performance coach and music psychologist specializing in high-pressure, high-visibility environments. She works at the intersection of leadership, performance, and systemic dynamics, supporting leaders, teams, and performing artists in navigating complexity, visibility, and internal pressure. Her approach integrates ACT, mindfulness, emotional intelligence, and systemic coaching, with a focus on psychological flexibility and sustainable performance.
Jennayni is a Peruvian DJ, recording artist, facilitator, and audio/visual multimedia specialist with experience in live events, focused on creating meaningful interaction through music and shared experiences. She has worked at festivals such as Dance Beyond, Envision, Fireflies Forest, Kanikapila, and Caminantes de la Nueva Tierra, as well as corporate events including the American Gas Association, SVS, and hotels like The Colony Hotel in Palm Beach Island. Rooted in Afro and ancestral influences, her sound blends traditional elements with contemporary electronic music. Through facilitation, she integrates mindfulness, frequency- based sound, and interactive play—using music and movement to spark joy, presence, and authentic human connection.
